What is a RAD?

A Refundable Accommodation Deposit is a lump sum towards your accommodation. Refunds may be reduced by applicable retention and agreed deductions. This estimator does not calculate your final refund or retention.

What is a DAP?

A Daily Accommodation Payment covers the unpaid portion of your accommodation price. A larger upfront deposit reduces the initial daily payment. Future indexation and changes to your circumstances are not modelled.

Can I combine both?

Yes. Explore a partial upfront deposit using the slider; the daily payment applies to the remaining accommodation amount. Ask our team to confirm your individual arrangements.
